This policy applies exclusively to the digital products and services provided by Immortal Family, which include obituary writing, eulogy writing, and obituary posting. Because these are digital products, all sales are considered final once the product is delivered electronically.
Digital Product Delivery
Upon successful completion of your order, the digital product will be delivered to the email address provided during the purchase process.
- Customer Responsibility: It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address you provide is accurate and up to date.
- Disclaimer on Incorrect Emails: Immortal Family is not liable for any non-delivery, delays, or errors that result from providing an incorrect or misdirected email address. Please double-check your information before submitting your order.
No Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, once a product has been delivered:
- Final Sale: All sales are final, and refunds will not be issued.
